My high school friend Bill (well, he's not really my high school friend ... its a long story!- anyways.) directed a short film called CONVINCING BENNY . I saw it last night at CineSpace after a fashion show for disabled pets. Linda Blair was there also. (Is this starting to sound like more and more of an LA story?). Anyways, it was such a fun film, and I really am so proud of that bloke. Good job, Billy! You make us NorCal folks proud!The film, in short, is about a suspiciously great looking, well groomed man, Benny, who everyone insists is gay contrary to his own heterosexual proclamations. And... hijinks ensue. Very fun!
The highlight for me is the closing scene whereupon Benny is wearing a Gap striped shirt that C owns. He is currently claiming all good looking clothing back for heterosexual males. You can do it, honey!
