land of lists

Callista taught me how to make a bulleted list. In honor of her and her super programming friend, I'm choosing to exercise my newfound knowledge. Here are some things off the talk [sic] of my head:

The first five things I do at work everyday:
  • say good morning to the security guard, Mr. Scott

  • check my work email

  • say hi to my boss

  • pour a cup of green tea

  • check my Gmail

My favorite foods to eat with Chris:
  • cold Soba with Tofu, Tomatoes and Furikake Flakes

  • half-off sushi at Kabuki at Howard Hughes

  • self-made taco bar with Lawry's taco seasoning

Several short term goals to complete before this year is over:
  • finish knitting my mom's cardigan

  • knit a stuffed animal to keep and donate

  • encourage others to knit and donate their goods to those in need, locally and internationally

  • run at least a half marathon

Pet peeves:
  • when our mail guy passes by and tosses my mail on my desk and it fans out all over the place.

  • when people don't greet me when I greet them

  • when I get soy sauce on my hands
  • there was one other thing, but now I don't remember. Probably didn't bother me that much!

Things I'm grateful for:
  • I enjoy my job. I'm at a good place!

  • the community I have because of what God gives me and because those I am in community with values the ideals of accountability, support, friendship, truth.

  • honesty

  • hope

  • togetherness

  • familiarity

  • you, because you want to read about me

  • sleep

  • time to kill

  • the list goes on, but this is good practice for bulleting in html!
