The Snugsuds are coming!!

This just in from San Francisco, CA:

A horde of adorable geometric-shaped creatures are invading the San Francisco Bay Area, cleaning up dirt, grime and other perpetuators of uncleanliness all around the city with their power blasting soap bubbles.

At about 9 am, Saturday morning, the dirt cleaning, fun-bringing entities sped down 19th Avenue, split up, then conquered Haight-Ashbury, Fisherman's Wharf and South of Market.

Moonbeam Shine from Haight Ashbury was the first spectator though he was unable to give the authorities an accurate account of what really transpired due to his hallucinogenic state. He described the creatures as multi-colored, happy, free spirited, "much like Woodstock."

Street sweeper Alfred O'Yummy remarked, "It was just any other trash strewn day until they arrived." He cited instances of red, yellow and blue shapes bursting onto the surface streets of the city. "Now I barely have any streets to sweep, which is fine with me, because I always wanted to take up full time modern dance anyway."

Shopkeeper Piccolo Appetito lauded the mysterious creatures as "friendly," "fun," and if it weren't for the fact that they weren't completely human, he'd have them "over for a spot of espresso."

Promptly at 11 am, the creatures sped straight into Golden Gate Park. A concurrent events was the San Francisco Bazaar Bizarre. There is no known connection, however, over the course of the day, children - young and old - were seen coming out into the city with small soaps fashioned into the likeness of the perplexing objects we speak of.

Six year old Nicholas Chang remarked, "They're Snugsuds, don't you know?" At the reporters flummoxed nature, the little boy walked away without another word. A card slipped from the junior's grasp. Upon inspection, it read: "Snugsuds! Good clean friends, they really rub off on you!"

Certainly, this will not be their last visit. Could it be that we will have to live in a cleaner, kinder more joyful world alongside these... Snugsuds? Only time will tell.

neat trick- making a post with tomorrow's date. If you're a Christian and are really seeking Him (with some roots in Norcal, a "Hong Kong Chinese" church located in America, and now living in Socal) we have some things in common.

If you like "the idea of church", maybe you can join my wife and I at Starbucks- see blog. I still say North Beach is the best place for coffee in the world (followed by Cafe Milano in Berkeley).
