So what does an ex-missionary and a freelance artist do when planning to get hitched?
As far as costs, we stay as close to zero as possible. Who says you need favors, programs or even paper invitations, right?
While walking through the country's largest bridal chain today, I heard a consultant gush to the doe-eyed bride, "You can do whatever you want! Its your day!" $25,000 later (the average cost of a wedding), I sure hope she gets her day.
And as for me, I've found my dress for the big day. What do you think?

Hmm... I'm not a big fan of the tiara.
Don't smoke, plz. Thanx.
This is simply GREAT! Congratulation! It wasn't during your Europe trip which is indeed not a good time to propose (it's too expected ;) However, I am so HAPPY for you! =)
But being engaged doesn't seem to have a good impact on your life. You gained some weight and the pic shows a small small hint of violence in your pre-marriage life. I'm a little worried ;)
Take care and God bless! I know he will, he already has and he's going to do so forever on :)
Huugs from the other end of the pond,
Timon
